We had a pleasant stay at Days Inn in Sturgis. It was a good location close to downtown and right off the freeway for other site seeing venues, which made it convenient. The staff was so kind and helpful, taking care of all our needs. Harry, Fali and supporting staff were professional and knowledgeable with our questions regarding the area. We would stay again if we ever travel back to Sturgis.

The manager would not issue us credit to check out a day earlier. Said it had to be done through Expedia. Contacting Expedia and they contacted manager and he still wouldn’t change. We checked out a day early anyway and will be charged for a night we weren’t there. Lousy customer service. I will not stay at a Days Inn again ever

Our room was in terrible disrepair. It was unclean and smelled of smoke. There was an arm chair in the room that belonged in the dump. The waffle mix in breakfast room was lumpy and had an oil sediment on the top when poured. Although the staff were friendly, I would not recommend this property.
