facility was extremely clean and inviting. Staff helpful, polite, and presentable. Overall, a wonderful experience. A bit pricey but worth the money. Especially if you take advantage of the pay $15 get $30 off promotion. $20 to spend at Maverick's and $10 Gambling. You can buy as many as you want. We bought two but should have bought 3 or 4. Cheers

We had a really rude hostess when checking in, less than helpful or friendly would be putting it nice. The towels were stained in our room and to avoid the hostess we just went without asking for different ones.

The hotel is clean, quiet and in walking distance to all the excitement Deadwood has to offer. The issue I have with this hotel is the parking situation. There is no valet and you have to park blocks from the hotel. In the winter they do not keep up on the snow and you have to trudge through ice and snow to get to and from your car.

Weather conditions made it difficult for staff, but they worked quickly to get our room ready. Staff were friendly and very helpful, taking the time to answer our questions despite being very busy during check in rush. The parking and hotel location were conveniently in the middle of downtown so we could walk the Main Street easily. Great service and nice, clean facilities.
