EVERYTHING. Dirt, mold, smell. No one in the office to talk to or complain to. Outrageously overpriced. Left for breakfast and came back to our room door being wide open. No thanks.

Toilet was broken. TV didn't work. The floor wasn't particularly clean. They took dirty towels and didn't leave clean ones. Very poorly managed - at an outrageous price. We had to stay somewhere (and choices were limited) as we had a gravely ill father nearby. We will look elsewhere next time.

It was not as pleasant as our previous trip. The locks (both of them) on the door were either broken or partially broken. The room was not very clean. Staff was helpful and fixed the locks, but at the rate we were being charged it should have been safe and pristine! Disappointing.

We had a handicapped room. The bathroom was spacious. We experienced record cold temperatures during our stay. The heat worked very well! Exceeded my expectations! TV and WiFi also worked very well! Refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Staff very helpful. Room and outside area were very well maintained and attractive.

The door to the room wouldn’t close correctly & the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close at all. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, so much that I got a migraine. The floor was so dirty that it left my feet black.
Door to bathroom was the wrong fit and wouldn’t close.
