Come stay at this lovely Victorian home converted into 4 units in the heart of downtown New Smyrna Beach. You'll love the tall ceilings and big windows allowing for ample light and flow in this space. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a newly remodeled kitchen and private bathroom.

This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is ready for you to come and enjoy! The entire home has been remodeled keeping the charm and history of the house.You walk up the stairs that lead you to your bedroom with a queen size bed and separate dressing area. From there you walk through the hallway to your living room and straight to the eat-in kitchen which is very large with all new finishes and a 4 person table to enjoy your meals. There is also a bonus room at the end of the unit with a full size day bed for guests. The bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower and beautiful finishes!

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every one of our rentals are clean and bright and this home is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to bring just yourself and your suitcase. Quaint property in wonderful central location. Walking distance to great shopping and dining. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and kitchen essentials as none were on site. Pet friendly.

In town to celebrate Dad’s bday

Excellent location for the weekend. Very responsive when we had questions and needed some basics (towels and toilet paper). No “supplies” like previous rentals I have experienced. If you are going to cook, bring everything (salt, pepper, oil) you may need. But very convenient and very clean. Would stay again.
