I've been coming to NSB with my family for many years and we always stayed at a condominium unit for the weekly rental. I found the boutique style and daily rate of this property to be a better overall experience and better bang for the buck.

Stayed at MOD New Smyrna and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, the property was beautifully maintained, and everything felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere was relaxed but still upscale, which made it really easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the attention to detail throughout the property really stood out. Whether you’re planning a beach getaway, a couples trip, or just a quiet escape, this place is a gem. Would 100% stay again.
