The pool was under construction no one told us about that. Roaches in the room. No water pressure. The night staff was non existent. They let other guests post up and block the entrance playing their music so loud you could hear it and the bass upstairs all hours of the night!

Half the hotel was under renovation as well. I put this on the hotel. No help was offered to rebook into nearby hotels since they are now independent.

Hotel cancelled entire reservation within hours of planned check-in. Hotel staff claimed no responsibility for their actions nor assisted in finding replacement lodging. Be aware for any who wish to stay here that this hotel will cancel on you at any moment's notice without warning or concern for your plans.
