Nice place, nice price

The rooms were great. They were clean, modern, and had nice amenities. The view of the pool & Ocean were awesome as well as being close to everything we wanted to do. They even have a nice breakfast area in the mornings with almost everything you can think of as a complimentary benefit.

Courteous and friendly staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Great oceanfront views. Not enough parking spots to accommodate paying guests. We stayed a full week, and almost every day or night there were problems with non-paying members of the general public just drove in off the street and parked without permission, or parked illegally and just unpacked their pool and sunbathing gear and spent the day swimming and lounging around the pool...ALL DAY! No members of the hotel staff ever came by to make sure only registered hotel guests were utilizing the facilities, at least while I was watching. I guess those in the hospitality industry have decided to just look the other way when freeloaders move in and take over the hotel's facilities, thereby depriving registered guests of the amenities they payed for. Not cool, you guys.

Overall, this property is acceptable. It is dated, a bit dingy, and in need of upkeep or renovation. The parking lot is tiny and very tight. The hallways are a bit sketchy, at best, and the rooms are average. During our stay, the pool was closed. It does have direct beach access. Which is nice. This would be an economical choice and I am glad we were only there for 1 night. They do have breakfast, which was satisfactory, but nice for the price and sort of made up for the lackluster.

Rates were very reasonable compared to surrounding properties. It’s less crowded on this part of the beach compared to where the resorts are, which is very nice! Breakfast was a good variety and rooms were clean.

Will never stay here again.!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for the Fourth of July. I had a room with a kitchen that has zero counter space – no silverware except two butter knives there were only 2 cups two bowls and two spatulas one frying pan and one pot not stocked very well at all, the kitchen sink and bathtub was constantly backed up, which they gave us a plunger, which did not work. The water pressure in the shower will not rinse the shampoo out of your hair. we had to pay eight dollars per day for parking which wasn’t so bad but we had a second vehicle and we had to park three blocks away at $25 per day which I got stuck paying $75 for three days😡 The number one thing that pissed me off and everyone else I spoke to there is that they lock the pool gate between nine and 10 o’clock at night (even on the Fourth of July) so if you’re on the beach at night, you will be locked out and there is no other way to get back into the hotel. We had to walk three blocks up for a beach access road to get back to the hotel – THAT’S RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have stayed at many hotels on Daytona and this has never happened. I will not come back to this hotel. The only positive thing that this hotel has is a great breakfast. They have many options.

the beds had stains in room 513 and the furniture was old and doors look dirty in my room and most of the rooms I passed have pry marks like they have had people try to break into their doors, which didn't look right, the elevators at night were dirty and a mess, no A/C in the elevators it was 98 degrees out, property was definitely not the Hilton what I'm used to AND the Expedia reviews are all lies! this is not exceptional nor wonderful it was mediocre at best, similar to a red roof inn hotel with Hilton prices. The staff were all very pleasant and nice I will say that. OVER RPICED FOR SUCH AN OLD PROPERTY

I was so disappointed not to be able to get to the beach at 6:34 AM to watch the sunrise on the beach. Gate locked I understand from 11 PM to six, but that was my main goal why I chose you.

It was a terrible experience. There were very limited parking spots. The facility is outdated. The breakfast area is too Small. The shower in the room has almost zero water pressure. No room service was provided. The AC unit was right next to one of the beds, blowing cold air in my face while I slept. Just stay away.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Do Not Stay Here I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority. The room smelled moldy and unclean, as if it hadn’t been properly maintained in months. The cleaning was unacceptable—the floors were dirty, the bathroom was not fully cleaned, and the sheets felt questionable. The hallways and common areas reeked of weed, and it seemed like no one was enforcing any kind of rules or standards. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Any concerns were either ignored or met with attitude. I did not feel safe or comfortable for even a minute. This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even for one night. Spend your money elsewhere.
