The room was huge and very comfortable, it was nice that we had a kitchen and separate living room area. The view of the ocean and balconies was amazing. I had Higher expectations for Daytona not knowing any better about how worn and rundown the city is. But the resort itself was very nice.

Hotel and staff were very nice. Our room was comfortable. The only issues we had was the noisy air conditioner and you needed to request your room be made up and get clean towels. I feel that should be automatic. Also the parking garage which is located across the street needs a little TLC. It’s really poorly maintained. We were there three days and the elevator was out of service the entire time.

Nice resort. The pool bar area was lovely and the food was exceptional. The service was hit or miss. Servers at the restaurant were warm & welcoming. The initial reception when greeted by valet service was chilly at best. I had declined full valet service at $33/d, opting instead for the self-park of $18/d as I wanted to budget for other expenses. Self-parking was down the hill and across the street and the young gentleman wouldn't even help me get my luggage from the car or to the front desk as I parked. It’s a great stay. The hotel is beautiful. The service is wonderful. The bar food and drink menu are super!!! Absolutely wonderful!! Friendly staff. They made everything easy and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The room is extremely spacious. I have zero complaints.
