BW cancelled my reservation, still haven't given me a refund! Other guests complained of roaches!! Did not serve breakfast. Asked for a prorated bill because I had to pay 50 bucks for breakfast. They declined. I had to turn 3 corners to get to my room.

The breakfast person never showed up, never called in and no one else on property stepped up to provide breakfast items. There were 3 people behind front desk but were useless

The breakfast was canceled due to the cook being sick. Cold cereal or muffins weren’t provided. There were dirty sheets and towels littering the hallway like maids just quit in the middle of the day. The hallway and steps weren’t vacuumed. Bacon was dropped on the stairs and never cleaned up. The shower had very little water coming out of the faucet. The first night our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Nice property. One outlet in room and shower handle caused some confusion. Area isn’t great but we stayed inside anyway all night. Great for the value stay in a busy area
