The breakfast person never showed up, never called in and no one else on property stepped up to provide breakfast items. There were 3 people behind front desk but were useless

The breakfast was canceled due to the cook being sick. Cold cereal or muffins weren’t provided. There were dirty sheets and towels littering the hallway like maids just quit in the middle of the day. The hallway and steps weren’t vacuumed. Bacon was dropped on the stairs and never cleaned up. The shower had very little water coming out of the faucet. The first night our room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Our bathroom and entry area flooded the first night of our stay while we were out. Housekeeping sopped up the water with 15 towels and told us they were fully booked so we couldn't move to another room. We were told they would return in the morning and clean everything up. Housekeeping didn't come at all and clean the next day.The room and hallway smelled like a musty outhouse the remainder of our stay. On one of the mornings, the only things at the breakfast area were soggy eggs. No juices, just milk. Will not return.
