Don’t Stay Here

Horrible in every way…soft beds, no comfortable chair in the room. The topper was returning from a concer @ 11:00 PM with the air conditioning not working. When I called down to the front desk and told them of the problem, the guy did not offer an apology, showed no empathy, shot back at me saying that I was talking over him and did not offer any solutions to try and help. He simply said, “I can’t help you with this. The hotel is full for the night, and we don’t have a maintenance man here late on a Saturday night”. Well, gee, thanks a lot loser. We proceeded to leave and drive home in the middle of the night. I am done with Hilton unless I get a call from someone tomorrow!!!

We had to schedule last minute and the front desk was super friendly. We used the laundry room and soaked in the hot tub and swam in the beautiful indoor pool while our clothes finished. Everything was great.

Room average to poor, but clean, and good staff

A fine choice if you are on a budget and like the location. Plenty of food options nearby. Staff are professional and friendly. Hotel and room is clean. Quiet. Easy parking. Dated interior. Bed is a lower-quality mattress, only moderately comfortable. AC unit in the room is noisy. Sink faucet placed in the corner is the stupidest location of any hotel I have ever been to. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. I won't stay here again - there are better options.

I absolutely love the fact that when I checked in with my dogs, they gave them each a little doggy swag bag with a tennis ball and dog treats in it first hotel that has ever done this for me.I will definitely be back there again.

The beds were not overly comfortable. They need new mattresses . The water pressure was horrible. Made showering feel as if in a light rain. Took forever to rinse off.

Staff were great. Breakfast was okay but not great. Room was quiet. Black-out blinds were helpful as the street lights were very bright. Negatives (minor) but there were holes in the room carpet, placement of the bathroom sink faucet was bad (water splashed all over the counter) and the inside shower curtain was far too long.
