Just an ok stay

Hotel needs updating. Grounds were littered. Breakfast was gross. Pool was large but pool area was run down. Room walls were paper thin. Room was decent. Good for a few nights stay. Wouldn’t spend more than $85 per night here. Not worth it!

Front desk at check in was great! Room was clean. Only thing about room was the tub / shower. I couldn’t turn the water on. I had to call the front desk for instructions TO PULL OUT ON THE HANDLE! I was afraid to do this in the beginning because the handle was loose and I didn’t want to break anything. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I am handicap and didn’t like the fact that I had to park around the corner of the outside door. I did not like the fact that I had to walk so far to get in and the ramp was not painted to display a closer spot to stop and bring in my luggage. It was very difficult and painful for me to make it up from the curb to the side walk level to get to the door that was quit a distance from parking. There was no elevator so I was lucky to get the last room on the bottom floor.

Cautiously book

Entering the hotel there was immediately an odor, it just smelt dirty. Opening the door to our room, we were hit by an intense foul odor, we turned in the a/c and fan thinking the room just needed to be aired out. Further investigation found stains in the couch and an intense smell of urine from the carpet. The sleeper sofa was stained and had dried muds on it. Very disappointing. The pool was out of order as well, which is something my kids had been looking forward to.

Wouldn’t be my first choice

Cleanliness was very lacking, stained bedding dirty windows, halls and entryways not the cleanest. 1st room pretty dirty, the Ac didn’t work and the shower handle come off making the shower unusable, front desk did change us to a new room for our second day. 2nd room was cleaner but not perfect, bedding had stains luckily the AC did work in this room. Free coffee in the morning was sub par at best.

Though i was refunded, i was somehow charged twice and it took awhile for them to figure it out. Also the room had trash next to the bed and I was NOT fond of having a sheet be a blanket. The over all feel was just kinda sketchy and breakfast felt like something you would get food poisoning from.

Very rude staff. Seemed like they hated there job. Never have I stayed at a hotel where I’ve had to beg for towels and then wait 2 hours to get them. Same with the pool towels. They wouldn’t give us any pool towels because they said people steal them. There are signs saying you can’t take your breakfast to your room. Which is ridiculous. We still did considering our son was puking when we woke up our first morning. I didn’t think it was a great idea having him by all the food when he’s sick. The beds were at least clean so that was a plus but the couch had stains in multiple spots, there was so much filth throughout our room and the whole hotel. I’m wondering what we even paid for to stay in a place like this. This place could be great with better staff and more staff to keep it clean.

Ok for the cost. Not happy about the incidental charge which is as much as the cost of the room. Lady at check in said we got it back right away at check out, then lady at check out told us 7-10 days!!! Bad business practice

Recently stayed with my family and elderly mother. We booked two queen suites and were met with disappointed at check in when we were told we couldn't get rooms next to each other and ended up with rooms on different floors. Really inconvenient when traveling with kids and our elderly mother. Beds were ok. Pillows were old and worn. Room was dusty and dirty. Food splatters on the walls, dirty mirrors, dirty bathroom floor with hair all over. The pool had a large amount of dirt on the bottom & the only available towels were at the front desk. We also were charged 4xs for the $75 deposit hold, I've talked with the hotel & was told to give it a couple of days to see the money back in the account. It's been 5 days and still no return. Really frustrating. Overall, spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
