The room wasn’t clean we found multiple hairs on sheets, pillows, shower and towels. Some of pillow cases didn’t look like they weren’t changed and the other ones were EXTREMELY wrinkled as well as the sheets. The bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast was very scarce but we did go down until at 830am and it closed at 9. On top of that, as a choice member they wouldn’t even match the rate I had online. We arrived at 11pm and they wouldn’t even match the small difference. The agent said well you won’t get your points if you book on Expedia. What customer service, I booked with Expedia because they give me better customer service.
