The property is described as stunning. It is NOT. It is very basic. Furniture old and only chair actually had springs hanging down to floor. Ventilation vents in bathrooms had not been cleaned in months if not years. We removed them and cleaned them. Also filters in window air conditioners were filthy. Condo had been spot cleaned as in normal housework but windows, window casements, baseboards, corners, closets etc. not maintained. Air conditioners are just window ones and did not work well and living area one was so loud you could not have it on while sitting in room. Tried opening windows which were very dirty but screens had multiple holes and tears so bugs came in. Amenities just adequate. So few glasses couldn’t use dish washer. Nothing to write on, no printer, etc. Also cleaning supplies inadequate. Upright vacuum with no attachments so could not get under furniture or in corners etc. A mop and bucket but no scrub brushes or anything to clean effectively. Several light bulbs burned out. Very bad smell in laundry area that we could not identify and could not mitigate even with several air fresheners. Drains in all sinks etc slow so put Draino down them which helped. Condo not furnished, equipped, decorated, maintained or cleaned to satisfy “stunning” description. Linens, towels , etc also worn and only basic. To be fair, we advised contact of situation and she offered to send someone over for a thorough cleaning, but we had already taken care of worst of it.
