Novotel Surfers Paradise: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Located near a train station.
There was a mixup with our room but the staff handled it exceptionally well. The renovation is nice but there are some design floors which means the showers always flood. I wouldn’t bother with this hotel again except that the staff are so amazing.
