Poor communication prior to check in, check in was not very smooth and felt like something was going to go wrong. Were able to check in early which was good. Property was clean tidy and as advertised. We were charged for someone else’s room bill and apparently over the refund limit so return of funds has been extremely slow and very,very poor service. While they admitted the mistake this really is something that should not have happened at all.
