Maison Héromie is located right on one of the many walking and cycling junctions that the region has to offer. From here, you can walk and cycle for hours. The Bruges Ommeland has no fewer than 930 km of cycling routes. Here you can really disappear into nature. But you can also be in Bruges, Sluis or Knokke in no time, to get some fresh air by the sea.

Damme is a culinary hotspot with an extensive range of top restaurants. Those who enjoy fine dining will be in their element here. Our beds are thoroughly Belgian and sustainably produced, just like our bed and bath linen. Linen is made from flax, a natural fibre with a particularly small ecological footprint. So you can enjoy a pure night's sleep and drift off blissfully. Sweet dreams!

Our holiday home has been carefully and lovingly decorated with sustainable materials and Belgian furniture from Buitenhuis, our Outdoor Living furniture store in Sijsele. The spacious living areas are bathed in light and provide the ideal setting to recharge your batteries. The dining and living room is the heart of the house and overlooks the terrace. Here you can relax after a brisk walk, enjoy an aperitif or read your book in peace. In the modern kitchen, you can enjoy the same comforts as at home. There is a stove, a microwave, two refrigerators, a freezer, a toaster, an oven and a dishwasher. You will enjoy cooking your own meals here. The icing on the cake? The Nespresso coffee machine. So you always have a delicious cup of coffee at hand. For lovers of filter coffee, there is also a traditional coffee maker. There is also a smart TV with all the popular apps (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) for streaming your favourite series. You will be thrilled with the Sonos sound system. Our story.
We are Julie Minne and Frederik Vanhollebeke, the founders of Maison Héromie. Enjoyment is central to everything we do. We do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As soon as you enter our holiday home, you will feel right at home. Luxury, comfort and cosiness go hand in hand here. Our name is derived from our two little darlings, Héloise & Romanie. When you say it, you also hear: Hey, roomie! A lovely reference to the English term for roommate. It embodies everything our holiday home stands for. Quality time with family and friends in a pleasant setting. Sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday.
