The property itself wasn’t bad but the customer service was terrible. I was on the first floor and above me there was a room that sounded like they were partying and dancing. Around midnight I gave up waiting for the noise to stop and asked to move rooms. The attendant at that time was nice but wouldn’t move me rooms. Around 5am I was awoken by the loudest sounds and again ask to be moved rooms so I could get some sleep. The attendant on duty that morning was rude to me for asking to move rooms. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him and gave me the most disgusted looks for asking for help. He claimed the hotel was full so he couldn’t move me, although there were only a few cars in the lot. Then he said it was 6am and I had to check out at 11 so it really shouldn’t matter that I couldn’t sleep because I had to check out soon. I asked for a later check out and he said it cost $45 and the latest he could do was 1pm. At that point I became stubborn back with him because I was sick of the disrespectful way he was speaking to me. He said he’d let me stay until 12 without charge as if he was doing me a huge favor I should be grateful for. If you value customer service and want to be treated with basic respect then this is not the place to stay. My bathroom also smelled strongly of weed so I had to make sure the staff knew because I didn’t want to get charged. Not a big deal for me but might be for others.
