The first time at a springhill suites there was poop in the room, didn't give us a new room. This time theres womens underwear in the room. Obviously the cleaning staff is not doing their job.

Clean room, we had a family suite and it was the room was spacious. Breakfast was good, would have loved a few more options but was fresh and warm. We will definitely chose again to stay when we are back in Dallas.

Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the kitchen workers at the breakfast bar went out of their way to be warm and welcoming. The hotel was well kept and very clean. Our room had everything we needed. Our overnight stay was completely enjoyable!!

The property is located in a perfect place with easy access to parking. Staff is the best you could ask for. It has a small bar which is a very nice option. Breakfast is nice.
