My room had the air conditioner go out at am. The last night there was very difficult to sleep. Front desk area didn't have a fully stocked convenience area. That is frankly unacceptable for any hotel. I had a headache walking in and had to drive over a mile to the nearest store to get some medication.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The front desk was exceptionally helpful—addressing any problems promptly and with genuine care. The rooms are newly renovated and absolutely beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially loved the continental breakfast; it was a delightful start to every morning.
