I am writing to request a full refund for my recent hotel booking through Expedia. I had a terrible experience — both rooms I was given were full of cockroaches. I even took photos and videos as proof. It was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I have never experienced something so bad in my life. The rooms were not clean or safe to stay in, and I had to leave early because of the situation. Please review my case and issue a full refund as soon as possible. Everything has been pretty good. Clean, friendly staff, less of a feel of an extended stay and more like a hotel (which I like). Some cons are hearing loud door slams, my A/C is loud, coffee can run out and you have to wait for it to be replaced. Nothing major and I would recommend and stay here again if needed.
