I have stayed at this Radisson in the past. Excellent service, nice property, nice room. The property is getting tired & staff said remodeling is starting next month. Its nice for my needs & close to family. The other hotels near by much more $$$

Horrible stay

Zero hot water for showers two days in a row and multiple people experienced the same. Listing stated restaurant and bar, no there was neither. Huge crack in the ceiling above the bed.

Good place if you want a nice clean room and don’t care out old furnishing which have stains or chips. Clean bathroom which I care about the most. Limited breakfast options. Great front desk staff, always willing to help.

Heat didn’t work. Phones didn’t work, so you couldn’t complain about the heat. Front desk didn’t answer my cell phone call to complain about the lack of heat. I got a new room when I walked down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work in that room either. Bedsheet had a permanent stain on it.

Ok at best.

The place was clean, the staff was decent, One of the things I really look for is breakfast, breakfast was late, the staff doesn’t even seem to care about coffee being made as it was cold. When I came downstairs to get some coffee, it was like yesterday‘s coffee. I stay in that very same area when I travel to Addison, I will not stay at this location again,
