A cute little abode in the heart of historic Rowlett, Texas. This beautifully upgraded home features 3 full bedrooms, and sleeps up to 8 comfortably! This home will give you a quiet place to relax after long days at Lake Ray Hubbard, Rockwall harbor, or Downtown Dallas. With luxurious wood furniture and simple amenities, relax in multiple ways! The home comes fully furnished with King, Queen, Twin beds, Air Mattress and multiple smart Roku TVs. Enjoy our home for your stay and check out our town while you are here!

LOCATION:
Our house is conveniently located around everything you may need in the area. Rowlett has many attractions super close such as restaurants, Lake Ray Hubbard access, and Wet Zone among so much more! Rockwall is super close with attractions such as the Lake Ray Hubbard Harbor, historic downtown Rockwall, and multiple restaurants. Also, our house is 20 minutes away from Dallas and everything available in the metroplex.

HOME DETAILS:
As you enter you will see the open concept living area which features the formal dining, kitchen, and living room.

The formal dining has a beautiful handcrafted circle wooden table, made by 3433 Woodstop on Etsy, and natural stain with a smooth finish. The table is accompanied by sheik leather chairs that seat up to 6 comfortably.

The full kitchen features brand new appliances and a full stock of dinnerware and supplies for cooking in any occasion.

The living room has two comfy but sheik couches and a designer rug for a warm cozy feeling. There is a wood burning fireplace and modern design features throughout the living room. Equipped with a 65 inch smart tv that has a Roku stick that allows guests to login to whatever app they desire. The tv stand also has kids toys and games for the family to enjoy.

The back door, in the living room leads out to a big spacious backyard perfect for relaxing on those warm summer nights. With outdoor furniture and a propane grill, it is also perfect for any BBQ you may desire. BBQ accessories are in the kitchen.

When you first enter the hallway, you will see the first guest bedroom. It has two comfy twin beds that feature memory foam mattresses and relaxing duvet comforters.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed that also features a memory foam mattress and relaxing duvet comforters. The queen guest room also features a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV. It has Roku built in so any guest can login to their desired tv apps.

When you continue down the hall, you will find the guest bathroom. Decorated in a simple style with pictures that feature our wonderful city, Rowlett, this bathroom has everything a guest will need.

Continue down the hall to find the coat rack and the laundry room. Equipped with both a washer and dryer, the guest will have access to an appropriate amount of laundry needs for their stay and have full access.

The end of the hall has the master bedroom. This large master suite features a King size bed with memory foam mattresses, duvet comforter, a full desk with office space, a full size mirror, a mounted 45 inch TCL Roku Smart TV, and a relaxing space with a comfy chair.

The master bathroom has a large closet for longer stays and a set of weights for working out.

The garage has two spaces for cars to park but must be opened from the inside of the house.

I felt bad when bed-bugs started biting me when sleeping on the bed in master bedroom. I couldnt sleep full night. And im working full day now without sleep. Master Washroom exhaust fan did not work at all, so the smell was trapped. Master wash bin water got stuck and drained very slowly, while just washing my face. Other bathrooms working fine. Steps on pavement had a ditch whee water got collected during the rain yesterday. It gets very slippery on the steps and increases the risk of someone falling down on concrete and getting hurt. No lights on backyard and side of the house. It gets pretty dark. Owner was open to communicating, though.

Great Location for Dallas Trip

This was a nice, comfortable home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It hits that magic spot of being “in town” but feeling “out of town.” It is in a smaller suburb of Dallas that is quiet, but easily accessible to Dallas attractions with a short commute.It is 2 minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard, 2 minutes from the George Bush Tollway, and about 30 minutes from downtown Dallas.It was perfect for doing the fun Dallas stuff during the day, but then drive home each evening and leave the loud chaos of the city behind for a quiet night for the kids to recharge.The home is a clean, tidy 32 with a compact design and lots of open space in the living room/kitchen/dining area. The only downside, is that after sleeping on the memory foam bed, my wife wants us to consider trading out our traditional spring mattress.

Rowlett Stay

The place was advertised and it was very clean well put together. The location was ideal as it was very close to the lake and other major stores and food places one would visit regularly. There were a few hiccups regarding the trash cans being full and the toilet seat being a bit ubstable, but other than that we were very happy with our stay overall and will possibly stay here again when we visit family again. As a bit of constructive criticism to add to the experience I would recommend they add an iron and ironing board to the property as I had a wrinkled suit for Church service due to traveling with my suit. Also I noticed the master bedroom TV was missing so adding that back would also be useful when you have a family.

Exactly what was needed

This property was exactly what was needed. Plenty of space, very nicely maintained. The garage with ability to park a vehicle was great. We mostly used it as a place to sleep and eat breakfast, but I'm sure it would have been great had we been there more. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone out there. Great job hosts!!
