Check in was quick and simple. Front desk service was excellent. Signing up and paying for the long term parking was easy and only $6.00 a day. Parking was fully lit and in the parking lot of the hotel. Shuttle service to the airport was a simple time selection and a receipt for the dash of our vehicle. Room was clean and had a fridge. Bed was comfy. Excellent stay for the price. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Delayed flight sent me here for cheap room and few short hours of sleep. Asked for 3:00 AM wakeup call, it never happened. Tiny room but was expected. Flooring looked like 20 year old laminate that was peeling. Bathroom shower-no water. Mentioned when i checked out, they said to pull handle which i did still no water. Worst part was there were tiny black bugs crawling in the bathroom. Good point was there was a free airport shuttle. $57...get what you pay for

The property is in a good location, it’s cheap, but there is zero noise insulation from the hallway and the rooms. If you want to rest, I believe this is not the place you are looking for. This is more like a last minute thing if you cannot find availability at another hotel. There was also housekeeping knocking on my door at 8 AM even though checkout was at 11 AM.

I like this hotel, friendly staff, good price. Is my 2nd time staying here. I think every time I come to Dallas I will book here. The only bad thing is that the airport shuttle takes too long to pick you up. Last time I decided to immediately grab an uber instead.

The pictures don’t match the real deal — it felt a little sketchy, and overall it was a big disappointment. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the airport shuttle, but it was full, so I had to pay for a Lyft instead.
