The base of the shower door in our room could use a good cleaning. There was also a sticky spot on the floor in the kitchenette area. The elevator nearest to our room was out for maintenance and so was the pool area. I don’t like when hotels have an ‘extra ‘ parking fee , they add on during check in.especially when it’s just in their own parking lot and it’s nothing special. Add that price onto the main price. Advice to anyone looking at rooms at this hotel add $10 on per night. Not a lot, but it can add up. Other than that, good location, and staff was nice.

The hotel was amazing breakfast was awesome the build you own omlet for the chef to cook was awesome and the potatoes were the best ive ever had at a hotel breakfast. The room was spacious!

Breakfast was great, tons of options. Facility appeared very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The entire building smelled of marijuana. I wasn’t able to ever get through on the phone to an on site representative to ask for a blanket for the fold out couch. I went down to the front desk and waited about 25 minutes before an employee showed up to assist.

Don't stay here . I thought the name Hyatt meant something great. Hyatt mission statement: We care for people so they can be their best. Not the case. We are family. Not the case. Creating a world of care. What?? We embrace everyone - not in our books. Room was run down, cupboard door fell off down to the floor, 2 - 4" holes in closet doors and looked like it was repaired by a 2 year old. We complained, requested a room change, but this information was not communicated to the next shift change. We waited and waited. No one offered to help us move our luggage. This is not caring, this is not family. We have never been treated so poorly at a hotel before.

I wont ever book there again. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. Very sad how the staff treated quests. The rooms are lacking care. The battery operated window blinds weren't working, so NO natural light during the entire stay. The PHONES ARE A HOT MESS. COULD NOT REACH FRONT DESK EVER. IT WAS HONESTLY SUCH A LACKING Experience. * Breakfast was good. * The location in Frisco Texas is Nice. But i was just too unimpressed to recommend this hotel to anyone.
