Parking and check in was good. The door to our hotel looked beat and there were large gaps between the door and frame, so it looked like the door was not closed all the way. One of the wash towels had a bug in it. The water for the shower did not get hot and the fan to the A/C rattled continously. It felt like they gave us the worst room available. We love Frisco as this is a great area but the room and overall stay was very disappointing.

For the area that this hotel is in, it needs a major overhaul & upgrades! Everything is very old and out of date!
