The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No directions from the staff. I was told by the staff the next morning that i would be partially reimbursed for the inconvenience. After a week i called back and was told that it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't have said that they would partially reimburse me. They lied.

Checking was easy. Breakfast was decent. The only concern is the bedsheets and comforter it was old and torned, towels had stains and old. The Business owner need to put the fresh and new sheets and towels.

There was an "Excuse the Mess" type of sign for to renovations happening, but...... there were so many things not relatd to renovations that needed immediate attention. We had to get a second room because the first one had no power on one side of ths room (lights, plugs, nothing had power). Plus it was cleanish, but needed some attention. We got to our second room that had working power. The trim on the door was pulled loose from the wall. The bathtub looked dirty, but I believe it was just alot of wear and tear showing. Walls paper thin. Also beware of the tv situation. It is not easy to use and takes some time to figure out. If the volume randomly stops working, you have to push a reset button on the back of the tv to get it to work again. And the smell....the lobby smelled like sulfur and one of the elevators seemed like sour milk. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy. We will not stay there again. Hope your experience is better than mine.

The facility was horrible. The elevator not working the room key not working I had to use the stairs multiple time from the fourth floor to go lay my complain to the front desk staff. I almost got locked up in the elevator. It was really bad. I had to checkout before my due day because I did not know what will be the next thing that ill go bad. I need a refund.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Frisco for a work conference, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the parking lot was poorly lit, making it feel unsafe and uninviting. Once inside, I encountered several issues that compounded my disappointment. The hallways, elevators and carpeting were dirty, giving the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here. There was a lingering mildew smell throughout the building, which was quite off-putting. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was impossible to enjoy even a basic shower, which is unacceptable in any hotel. Additionally, the breakfast served was gross and unappetizing, offering little more than hard bread, watered down coffee, and disappointment to start the day. As for the bedding, I noticed questionable stains that made me feel uneasy about my stay. This, combined with the overall state of disrepair, made it clear that the hotel is in dire need of renovation and a thorough sprucing up. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. For a few more dollars per night, are plenty of other options in the area that provide a much more welcoming and clean environment.
