Do not stay here! They advertise a shuttle but said it was not working when I called to arrange pickup. Front desk attendant said she would send a Lyft to get us when I said I wanted to cancel without shuttle service as we were just staying overnight. When we arrived, she said shuttle was now working but does not pick up at terminal we were at. I asked for Lyft she had said she would call which she said is no longer an option since shuttle is working. Trying to walk to other terminal for shuttle was very long since we couldn’t get SkyLink outside of airport. Upon arrival, she was rude about situation. Our room was basic at best, heat / air didn’t function properly and there was an annoying buzzing sound in hall that happened every 10-15 minutes throughout the night. Shuttle service next morning took us to terminal she said was not an option…which was great but confusing! Back to first sentence…Do not stay here!

Advertised airport shuttle. Sent instructions to call the hotel from the baggage claim. We were told the shuttle DOES NOT pick up at C CONCOURSE and bag claim is OUTSIDE the airport sterile area. Had to spend $50 on a taxi. Staff said not their problem. If you are in Dallas overnight, find somewhere else to stay.

I booked this hotel because I had previously stayed here. It’s proximity to the airport is a big advantage during holiday traveling. I stayed in a room with a king size bed. I was slightly disappointed in the overall upkeep of the hotel. It smelled of mildew and marijuana down the hall of the first floor. The bathrooms need to be upgraded. I appreciated the kitchen in our room. The beds were comfy, but some of our pillow caes had stains on them. Not sure if it was makeup or rust. Not sure If stay here again. But if you need a safe hotel to stay in before and after your flight, this is one you could park/shuttle to and from.

I know the hotel was near the airport, but the noise coming from my window was noisy especially in the evening. When I booked the room I did request a room on the quieter side of the hotel. I'm not sure if the staff read it. Other than that it was a good stay. The suite was fully equipped. I would book again with this hotel chain but further from the airport.

We called for a shuttle, after a long wait, airport shuttle drove by us twice. The driver looked at me flagging him down, but drove off with an empty van. After no shuttle ride for an hour we had to get an Uber to get to the hotel. The chair in the room was all stained and nasty looking.
