My husband is in the medical field and has to stay in a hotel at minimal 1 time a week. I have NEVER left a negative review, but this was by far the worst hotel and experience we have ever had. 1) The Hotel room was NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures show a kitchen with a small table. Benificial for my husband that is at his temp "home" in all hours while being on call. A good hot meal is important. The room had nowhere to sit and eat, as shown in the pictures. 2) The hotel states that there is no Hot Breakfast; however, a fully stocked Kitchen to comfortably cook on site. There were no forks, and only one plate, which was still dirty, in the dishwasher. When we called down to see about getting more, they stated they didn't have any more. We had to buy paper and plastic. 3) FILTHY! Gum stuck to the top of the table in the pool, area, Hot tub was dark in color, Toilet paper stuck to the elevator floor, and outside the office door was a unwrapped and used toilet plunger sitting directly on the floor. The list goes on...

Horrible! Never again. From the minute we walked in until very end. Very old hotel. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite which I told upon checking in it was not available. After 10 minutes of discusssing my reservation and what I paid for and then asked for a manager, somehow then my room was available. Reason we chose here was for indoor hot tub and pool. Hot tub water was so dirty and disgusting. Water was cold. The pool you could not even enter unless you wanted to do a cold water plunge. Forget about taking a shower. You had about 2 minutes until water went ice cold. You were allowed one towel per guest and if you wanted to get new towels you had to hand them back your old towels. Apparently 2 towels per person was not allowed. No one was ever at front desk so forget even talking to anyone there. I did send an email to the property manager who chose to completely ignore my email and never responded. I travel regularly about 5 times a year for the past 15 years. I can honestly say this by far was the worse place ever.
