The room was spotless and the customer service from all staff was outstanding. Kate at reception was excellent, explaining all details of the services of the hotel clearly and was extremely helpful. She even organised a lift for me upon request. In the restaurant, the staff member Stella, was very professional and provided exceptional customer service, always having a smile on her face. Fantastic experience!

The hotel is very close to the beach so that is a great advantage for it. The pool is not in the best conditions but it’s not that bad. It certainly does not look like the pictures. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff as well. Overall was a nice atmosphere just don’t expect it to look like the pictures as it is a little run down.

This hotel is a Hidden gem in Da Nang! Clean functional room: nice bed, great amenities. Superb breakfast: Variety of choices and everything was delicious. Great staff: Big shout out to Gusmi who is amazingly friendly and helpful Excellent location: The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants

They treated me like a king during my stay. I was very impressed with the entire staff. The food at the restaurant was very good and I really enjoyed the pool and gym on the rooftop. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They even gave me a goodbye present when I departed, two thumbs up five stars.

We stayed at Sunny Ocean Hotel & Spa in a connecting room with our 3 kids and had a really lovely experience. The cleaning staff were excellent – our rooms were always spotless and well taken care of. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Mateo, who stood out with his kindness and made the best omelettes – a real highlight of our mornings! The location is also fantastic – just a 4-minute walk to the beach, with lots of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient for families. The only small downside was the lack of a cozy lounge area with comfortable chairs and coffee, which would have been nice for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a great spot for families, and we would definitely recommend it!

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, convenient with plenty in walking distance. My “upgrade” though was to a room that had construction and jackhammering literally outside my room’s window at 7am. Also the rooms are not soundproof as described. Otherwise good stay, especially for the price.
