Must see room BEFORE YOU PAY, We had booked Balcony with Sea view room & extra bed for our child, we didn't get any extra bed, beds are queen size, not even king so 3 people cannot sleep, even though paid a decent amount of extra bed, I had to sleep on the floor, I was given only a blanket to use it as a mattress, didn't even get a spare single mattress, there is no way in this world this can be considered a 4 star hotel, with their service I wouldn't even call it a 3 star.... They don't even have a refund policy.

部屋はそれなりに綺麗だが、窓なしの部屋はとても暗い。バスルームには何故か窓があり、明るいが、逆に外からトイレやシャワールームが見えそう！ また、キングベッドは、シングルベッド２つを繋げただけで最悪！ テレビもスマートTVではない。 朝食は、それなりに種類があり美味しい。ベルマンは親切。 場所は海に近いが、この辺は山ほどホテルがあるので、特別すごくはない。 窓付きにすればそれなりの値段になるし、ベッドやTVも不便なので、おすすめしない。

We had a great stay for 3 nights at Alani hotel which is right in the centre of where you want to be in Da Nang. Tina and Helen, at the front desk were very accommodating. The two Bellman we met were also great (unfortunately we didn’t get their names).

The hotel had an excellent location with easy beach access. The room was ample for our family of five and we had a great breakfast each day we stayed at the hotel. Those things would be enough to make our stay the pleasure it was, but the hotel's incredible staff was the most special part of our hotel experience. The staff was always cheerful, helpful and polite. They were fantastic!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our laundry done a few times. The price was reasonable and they always came back folded nicely. Cleaning staff were great and always accommodated our schedule of going to the gym. Breakfast was good. Location was great! A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and markets to choose from. Special shout out to Harry who treated us as a friend. Always had a chat with us whether we were coming or going to the hotel.

Best place to stay in Da Nang

We stayed for 4 nights in Alani Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants & spas. The best part is the staff is very helpful. Special mention to Alfie as he went out on his way to make our stay comfortable. He’s very helpful. Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend this place to our family & friends.

Great hotel - dreadful breakfast

The Hotel was good all round, good location staff helpful. The staff that cleaned our room were excellent could not praise them enough. The only negative id the Breakfast was dreadful, all of the hot food was cold often under cooked. poor choice. we went out elsewhere
