Our stay was very good. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. We did have a small issue, but it was promptly corrected as fast as possible. We stayed in the family room, which was comfortably spacious for our family of five. The room was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities we needed. One area that could be improved is the bathroom layout, as there was limited counter space for items like toothbrushes and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and a step above the typical Western-style continental offerings. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to My Khe Beach, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Duy in particular stood out — a true star who made our stay even better.
