We had a nice stay but your morning coffee was really bad. Tasted like coffee flavored water and the creamer was curdled. I had to go to the gas station to get coffee.

I have no complaints. Coffee and water available 24 hours, and a place to sit and read early before breakfast. Outdoor area with fire pits for relaxation in the evening was very nice. The hot tub was out of order

The front desk staff was amazing. Ryan was courteous, friendly and helpful. Other than the front desk, there wasn’t much to brag about. Hallway and elevator carpeting was dirty and looked like it had been vacuumed last year. We got fresh towels daily, our friends next door didn’t. There was no Kleenex tissue in the Kleenex container after the first day. The room was relatively clean when we arrived but other than the bed being made and towels beings replaced, nothing appeared to be cleaned. At one point I used our Listerene to wipe the toilet and sink area. We only had the breakfast once, we went to local restaurants after that. We have stayed at Comfort Inns before and probably will again but it won’t be in Custer.

Checking in was easy and fast and the attendant even offered advice on where a car wash was and gave us some bug remover to try. Really appreciated the EV charger being available. Didn’t have any issues with stall being available. Ice maker on 2nd floor wasn’t working but others were and the elevator made it easy to get.

The atmosphere is great at this hotel. Welcoming friendly and helpful. Loved the FRESH cookies every day, what a nice treat. Loved the patio out back, nice and relaxing.

Pity about the housekeeping

Everything was just as expected except for housekeeping. Bed was thrown together, bins were emptied but rubbish left in room and nothing was replenished. Such a shame as this really let the hotel down

We had room 235. We told the desk person twice that the toilet in our room was running and needed to be fixed. I went to my room the second day after I told them and it worked about the first 2 flushes then it was running again. Didn’t get a good night sleep because of that.
