Convenient to downtown and restaurants. The bathroom floor need a good scrubbing. The shower curtain rod is all rusty and needs to be replaced. We were there five nights and no one changed our sheets or towels. We had to ask for clean towels. Then when they did bring the towels, they didn't even put them in the bathroom. It wasn't a bad experience, but they could do a little bit better.

It was a horrible experience. The parking was really horrible. Too small, can’t pull in or out, didn’t even fit my vehicle, causing an accident. It was frustrating for me. I would not recommend it to my friends and family.

Mid road trip

The check-in staff were great but this is a very tired hotel, carpeting in the corridors was in awful condition. The room was poor and very cramped. The plug on the bathtub would not move so we had to use a face cloth around the plug hole to fill the bath. The cloth was filthy when I emptied the bath. The iron was older than me and the board had padding on so thin the pattern of the mesh came through on your clothing. This hotel is in a fantastic part of the country but needs serious investment.
