We’d definitely stay again - convenient to Gatwick airport, very quiet property, comfortable & clean room with a lovely king size bed, iron & ironing board, tea/coffee, fluffy towels. Would have been nice for parking to be included for the price we paid & to have had some conditioner - only hand/body wash supplied. Staff were helpful & check in/checkout a breeze. Thanks for a nice stay.

Rooms clean, hotel good condition, however one of the reception staff was rude, we asked if we could have rooms together but the demale staff member didn't seem to want to help. We were given wrong directions to rooms as the hotel is labyrinth with poor signage to find rooms. Car parking was limited for disabled

They charge £12.50 for 1 nights parking, which, added to the cost of the room, makes it uncompetitive for the area. The extractor fan in the bathroom runs continuously. Breakfast is included. It was ok but the hot food wasn't!
