"The room, a junior suite was clean and tidy but we spent over an hour to get the TV working. We were advised that the maintenance man wasn't on duty so we finally figured it out for ourselves. Next problem, couldn't access the WiFi on either the guest or staff log on. No food available and no bar ..."
