Not like Hotel California..you can actually leave!

Greeted on arrival by courteous staff, who accepted baggage for storage prior to checkin.Room was clean and bed comfy for a good nights sleep.Room was at front overlooking roundabout but was surprisingly quiet inside and outside.Had an event at the International Centre that was a couple of minutes walk back to the hotel, so very convenient.Bathroom was Spotless and shower was used having plenty of hot water. Forgot my phone wall charger so would have been ideal to have a usb socket in the room, never mind.Overall Staff were friendly and service was good, would recommend this hotel and i would definitely stay again.

Got overcharged

Got charged extra £10 for requesting a two single bedroom for the kids instead of a double bed. That is unacceptable as I did not have the option at the time of the booking!!

Short two night stay for business

Very clean best bed ever. Slept very well. Heating didn't seem to work but a separate heater was provided which did the job. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a very nice cappuccino.

Great place for an overnight stop on a long journey, convenient for the motorway. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good value and included in the very reasonable room price. A good selection of restaurants is just a short walk away. We'll be back again.

Beds were very comfortable, loved having a big bed each for the night. Lots of pillows much comfier than hotel stay at an Ibis few days prior to this stay. Will happily choose it again next year!
