Set in the owners' garden with lots of local countryside walks and a well-stocked fishing pond, not far from the village of Rolvenden, with its weekly Farmers' Market.

Notes: There may be some road noise at this property as it backs onto the A28. There are 2 friendly dogs living at the owner's house.  The fishing lake is not fenced so children and dogs should be supervised at all times.  Fishing is charged at £20 per adult per week; you can book the fishing by paying the homeowner on arrival. The lake stocks carp, tench, roach and rudd. Bluebell Byre can be booked together with TN602 to sleep 8.
