First I’d like to say we are very low maintenance, no frills people. Our house is not immaculate and we did not go in expecting a Hilton. All we hoped for was a clean room to rest our heads. First walk into the room and flick the light: Main light was strobing like a haunted house so we had to use lamps only. Hallways reeked of smoke and our room smelled of it too. Stains on walls and floors. Looked like ear wax, food, who even knows. Cockroach alive and some type of other bug dead. Toilet seat not fully connected to the seat. Sink clogged. Toilet paper roll had stains on it. Walls were thin. AC made a strange noise all night. We would have felt better pitching a tent somewhere and camping to breathe clean air or sleeping in our rental car would have felt cleaner. Front desk lady was nice but that was basically where the goodness ended. Do not recommend if you want a clean stay.

The worst hotel we've ever stayed at. On pictures doesn't look bad at all but reality is horrifying. This ran down place smells like marijuana, cockroaches running around, has dilapidated furniture, carpet, bathrooms, paint... They need to shut this place down and remodel it before continue accepting customers. This hotel needs to be delisted from Expedia. Our group has to cut out vacation short and leave the town one day earlier because we couldn't stand to stay there another night.

Room was spacious and clean but breakfast options were atrocious. The only decent option was a waffle maker but there was no mix left and no one there to get anymore. Breakfast area was dirty and the coffee was burnt and undrinkable. Only a few small muffins left. If the review was only about the room it would be higher, but staff and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

i stayed here for a concert in cincinatti and while everything turned out to be fine, the room was gross. it had a super weird smell to it that was overwhelming the second you opened the door and i saw multiple bugs throughout my two nights here. it was located in a seemingly sketchy area too or at least sketchy people like to hang around this hotel. i got hit on by multiple men just walking to and from my room and didn't even feel safe going to check out the free breakfast or walking to my car at night. also there is SOOOO much traffic trying to get to and from the city. totally not the hotels fault but after my experience here as a solo female traveler just wanting a place to feel safe plus all the traffic i definitely learned my lesson and will be booking a hotel in actual cincinatti if i ever go back

When I booked my stay, I made the mistake of entering the WRONG of Sept. 12-13 overnight. I had to REBOOK the sale for the 6th-7th, and LOST under $80 for my mistake, never was reimbursed to my account. I submitted my review after my stay for the 6-7 & gave it an OK rating.
