The property was spacious and amenities were very good. We and the young family behind us waited quite a while to check in while one of the two people at the desk kept taking phone calls. Conveniently located, but expect a lot of traffic. Enjoyed our stay here.

While the staff was very polite/friendly (ultimately very apologetic as well) i was given a room that was already occupied by someone and it made for a very awkward situation for my wife and child. The receptionist was kind and waived our accident fee (wouldve gotten the fee back anyway) as well as extremely sorry for the inconvenience and confusion, it still felt like a glaring oversight on the hotels part and not many rooms were left when we figured out the mix up. The rooms, cleanliness and staff are nice enough however, so ill give them a second chance.
