The breakfast was kinda blah and they wouldn’t give me my Marriott Bonvoy points since I booked through Expedia. I’ve never had this happen before. It was cheaper on Expedia rather than their own website.

iI stayed at this hotel for 3 nights! not one time did they come in to clean, exchange towels, or empty trash! the walls was cover with reddish stain near the light switch in the bathroom and shower and floors were not cleaned! Also, when my husband asked, the housekeeper for more towels, he was told by the housekeeper that they didn’t have an enough to give him!! very prestige area and hotel!

The room was a good size and the bathroom was nice but the pillows were terrible and caused both my partner and myself to struggle to get to and stay asleep. For the price we paid for the room the breakfast was reasonable.

The rooms were very dirty. I switched to another room. It was pretty dirty, but the bed was so uncomfortable. I did not sleep. I will probably never stay in a Fairfield Inn again.
