I love this hotel and stay every time I visit friends but there are a couple things I was disappointed with. Free filtered water dispenser for filling personal bottles was gone. $4.00 water in room or walk upstairs to the gym if you want water. That was very inconvenient. Windows in room were extremely hard to open!

The hotel was very nice, we had an incident with the room though. There was a staple sticking out of the bedframe (didn't know was there) which my son was passing by me to get to the a/c when the staple cut across his leg. I immediately sent him to the front desk to get first aid unfortunately they didn't have much. We still had them sent maintenance to remove the staple from the bedframe. In the morning we contacted the manager to explain what happened to see if we can get further first aid. We where exhausted from working the OC fair and asked to stay another night... not much was done for my son other than an apology. We expected maybe to get my son a tetanus shot because we were worried about the cut from the staple. They had us moved to another room because they were fully booked for the room we were just in. We felt uncomfortable with what happened and how they treated us.

I thought the property was very nice, clean and pretty! Loved the proximity to work and the airport. Nice touch with the complimentary cookies each evening. Nice staff. Would stay there again.

Stuff is great, shuttle is overly convenient, bistro is not bad, specifically for happy hour. Rooms are spacious,but quite smelly in old building. If you have an option to book a newer room, don't hesitate!
