A lovely getaway for a family of 4 looking for peace and quiet. The tropical pool with one of a kind landscaping has easy access right out back and offers beautiful views while soaking in the water. Once you exit through the gate, walk to the right and follow the path to the pool area, enjoy! The living area has an open concept, sleeper sofa and a private patio with a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation and new dishes. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and private bath. Be sure to bring your boat, this complex offers first come, first serve boat slips for guest. You'll love to sit by the docks and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Heading to the beach? Pack up the car and take the short, 5 minute drive to Whitecap beach.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A Two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
