You could definitely tell that this was an older Hampton, but it was still clean and well capped. There was a Biggby coffee within walking distance so that was nice. Breakfast was the usual; as expected. The only thing that was off was our reception. We are diamond members and the desk attendant checking us in was rather flustered and out of sorts. Could have been because the guest in front of us was having an issue with his reservation, but we were not acknowledged as diamond members. Usually we are offered water and a snack, but nothing was acknowledged or offered. Otherwise, it was a good stay and served our purpose.

The stay was beyond disappointing. Room shades were shredded, lamp shades had water stains all over them, furniture old and marked up breakfast was beyond disappointing for the $$ for this hotel. Talked to manager. He said, I know. We have new owners and they are going to remodel.

Had a king studio at the end of the hall, kids were running up and down the hall, also up and down the stairs, no consideration for people in the rooms. Parents need to parent. Staff needs to monitor hallways.
