the guy who checked me in was not welcoming at all - I asked him where the red roof was, and he gave me a dirty look. My room had a musty smell, sheets & towels were very old and need replacing, and the room was not that clean. The bed was uncomfortable. I will never stay there again. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.

It was extremely nasty. It was blood on my pillow. The sheets were stained and dirty. The restroom was dirty. The maintenance man came in the room to give us extra sheets to change them and he had an older. I don’t mean any disrespect. He appeared to be a homeless man. It was so filthy. We couldn’t even stay. The guy at the front desk no help. He was rude inconsiderate and didn’t give us a refund so we left, we paid for a room and extra $10 to check in an hour early to not even stay. I wouldn’t have my dog sleep there. It was terrible the pictures online or deceitful beer cans were in the pool area just terrible. Into think we came in from Cypress, Texas to attend our brothers wedding ceremony and we had to get dressed in the car.

READ THE REVIEWS! I wish I would have before I booked. This place looks like a nightmare. I got the moldy room. The overwhelming smell hit as soon as you walked in. Smelled like a forgotten wet towel sealed in a basement since the 1970's. Decided to sit it the car and read through the reviews. Multiple reports of bed bugs and roaches. Sleeping in the parking lot would have earned more stars. Do yourself a favor and book the better maintained property up the road for the same price that this upcharged hotel. This facility is falsely representing its listing and it looks nothing like the photos. A complete liability in my opinion. There should really be an undercover auditing process for establishments like this. Just like the roaches where there is one activity of fraudulent behavior there are many more lurking under the surface or hidden behind mirrors.
