The property was clean and well kept and close to the highway. I did not like when I walked in, there was two people at the checkin, one was on the telephone and the other stood and ignored me. The young lady finally moved the telephone to greet and tell me thatbshe wpuld be right with me. The other I want to said his name was Claton not sure butnit started with a C. A white man with long hair. No customer service skills. I watched him greet others after I was taken care of. If you cant greet everyone, you should not be at the front desk misrepresnting the company.

Very friendly staff. We were there for breakfast, some drinks, and have encountered a lot of people from frontdesk, to restaurant/bar to cleaning. They are just friendly good people. The hotel is also good, clean, well maintained, room was clean (we have high standards) and no issues with noise or anything.

The Ice machines on floor 5 & 6 didn’t work I told staff , but was informed that won’t get fixed for a few days very inconvenient. Very disappointing no intercontinental breakfast included with my stay only coffee and tea is free. Very happy about the facility allowing Pets that truly makes a difference when we stay I didn’t mind the $75.00 fee just thankful.
