I got a clean room. It’s not fancy at all. But seen way way worse. For the price it was the same level of clean as motels with the chain name at 65-70 that really be disgusting. Bed sheets and pillows smelled clean and fresh. It is run down but I want to be fair. This room was clean. And a/c was cold.

This place sucks !!! The hotel is dirty, unsafe and plain disgusting. My room smelled of tobacco smoke, and I as a result Icouldnt sleep during my entire stay . The staff are crooks and just don’t care . The towels and toiletries were not replaced . The surroundings were unclean and it felt like a third world county . Do not stay here , you have been warned

Great value if you get the right staff members

Great place and i come back whenever i visit the woodlands area. This time was great as well, i had a little gripe with one of the staff (called when i still had 2 days left asking me if i was sill in the room and made me go to the office and pay for the extra internet (of which i did use but expected to pay after stay) the same indevidual was always a bit cold. Rest of staff were great and i will be looking forward to a return trip in the future

I recently stayed at the Sunshine Hotel, and it was simply delightful! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel like family. The rooms were beautifully decorated and sparkled with cleanliness. I loved the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere that the hotel offered. The breakfast was a feast!
