The room was not in the same building as the check-in and breakfast areas. It was inconvenient, especially on a raining day. I was not informed that I had to request room service. No notice was in the room. Communication should be improved. I used to stay at Best Western a lot and loved it, but this stay had somehow ruined my good impression of Best Western.

My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that should never occur at any hotel. To start, the room was not properly cleaned. When I went to turn on the HVAC unit, I noticed the vents were dirty and dusty—clearly overlooked during cleaning. I attempted to wipe them down myself, but when I went to look for a towel, I discovered there were no towels in the room at all. Not a single one. When I called the front desk, I was told they had completely run out of clean towels. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one accommodating multiple guests. There were three of us in the room, and after insisting they find something, they eventually managed to find only one towel that I had to go to the front desk to pick it up myself. Again—completely unacceptable. How does a hotel run out of clean towels? Overall, this experience was below basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. I hope these issues are addressed immediately to prevent future guests from having the same experience.

I could tell the room had been cleaned but the grounds were kind of on camped there was dog feces in a couple places and I started getting the feeling that this is not where I wanted to stay. Once I opened the door to my room the paint on the headboard was peeling and didn't look great and the footboard was frayed probably from I don't know anyway I wanted to like it but I didn't and from the time I booked it at 4:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to the time I went back into the lobby and said I didn't want to stay there was under 2 hours and they wouldn't refund my money. They had plenty of time to read book the room I said I didn't want to come back and he said no sorry so yeah I will not be staying there again I didn't even stay there

Staff was not pleasant felt like being ignored. Room had a maintenance person working on toilet when I got in my room. The worker stained my towels with dirty smudges. Worker Didn't leave my room for at least 10min later. The room was dirty..long hair on shower shampoo bottles. There was so much noise out side and in other rooms. This place was horrible. Cigarettes smells from out side came into my room. Barking dog all night. TV did not work.

The rooms are fairly remodeled, however they are very dark. There’s lack of light in one corner. There’s an area where there’s like a counter kitchen prep area , but there’s absolutely no light only Light come from lamps. Also, for some reason, the floors were very dirty My kids walked around in their socks, and they would be completely black. There are no restaurants or any type of fast food nearby this hotel the only thing if there’s a gas station so you’d have to drive. The breakfast area was great. Had a few selections.
