Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Excellent location for us! The staff were all friendly. Terri at the front desk in particular was incredible!!! Can’t say enough about her!! She was so kind and accommodating to our family!! She really was exceptional at her job!! Thank you Terri!!!! Our room was great! Clean and perfect for what we needed!

Older property but very clean. Nice character. In the heart of old St. John’s. Convenient for walking but I sometimes did not feel comfortable walking in this area.

The harbour view from pur room was outstanding! You could see Signal Hill and watch the boats coming and going. The restaurant was great, too. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. We even had a lobster dinner one evening!

Great, room was recently renovated and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast has an excellent choice and it is NOT buffet. We also had a great lobster dinner. I would recommend this hotel.
