The Hotel was clean and had a great view. We were very close to the ferry terminal and many restaurants and bars. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel one night and it was very good. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a lake side room which had a wonderful view. The room had good soundproofing for sleeping. Breakfast was great and there were lovely room extras included for the price. It is conveniently located for Como centre and the ferry.
