It is in walking distance to the music center and shopping. The free shuttle was appreciated in the cold temps and snow! The morning front desknstaff was so kind and helpful- I cannot say the same.about the evening check-in staff.

A bit dated but very clean and super friendly. A great place to stay if you are going to the music center. Restaurant / bar is a notch above. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

Property is nice but a little dated. Rooms were very clean, just not kept up to date on maintenance. Nothing horrible - wall damage, cracking drywall seams. Room was large, but had 2 double beds rather than 2 queens. Overall a good stay, especially for the price.

1st time here - you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression. For the what we needed, Seasons Lodge was great. We visit Nashville In. often & will be staying here each time going forward. The Rafters restaurant was great also.

The hotel was empty the staff was sending me to the old hotel room since I booked thru Expedia with the discount. I had to upgrade at my expense although the whole hotel was empty. This booking discount was deceptive I was traveling alone and did not feel safe going to an area that was away from front and no one else around. My upgraded room ended up being fine but I was charged 30 more per night

This is an older property that has been updated. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was large with only a shower. I did have a patio with a nice view. There was a small wet bar in the room. The TV was tiny compared to the size of the room. The on site restaurant was good with large portions. However they no longer have a pool, that was disappointing to me but more and more places are getting rid of pools. I will definitely stay here again! There is so many cute shops within the downtown area and wineries. If you’re into antiques just outside of town best antique shop I’ve ever been too!

1st Room smelled like it had been smoked in previously and they tried to cover it with air freshener. Found bugs in the bathroom. Showed the man at the desk a picture of what was in our room. He said what do you want me to do? If it was him he’d just kill it. What did I expect we were in the country! After being told there were no more rooms available he did find another right next door that we were able to move to. Not what I expected from a hotel that was rated 8

Close to location we were visiting. Had thermostat set up to 80 degrees and it was still cold. Called front desk and said we couldn’t get room to warm up and needed blankets. I had to go yo front desk to get but met him in hallway and showed hi Thermostat and he said he didn’t know. Each got one blanket and still was cold. I told lady at check out and she said they haven’t had any problems but would check on it. Did not get a good nights slerp.
