The IU campus is beautiful. The Biddle and surrounding area is perfectly clean and well groomed. The flowers this time of year are outstanding. The stream that runs thru the campus attacks rabbits. just wonderfully relaxing.

What a charming character filled hotel right in the heart of the IU campus with shopping & restaurants within walking distance. The room was compact, but included everything one would need. Front desk staff at check out could use some customer service training, but other than that, it was ideal. Will definitely be back.

Great experience

I called ahead for a late check in because our flight was delayed. It was the quickest and simplest check in even though we arrived at 2:30am. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. Bathrooms are small but that is what I would expect from this kind of hotel.
