My room became ant infested during the night and a awoke to one of those tiny suckers biting my arm. The receptionist didn't even apologize and didn't try to make it right. They were crawling all over the place.

Assigned room wasn't cool enough. Even with the AC turned lower and the fan on hugh it would have taken too long to get the room comfortable. I went to front desk to change rooms and they moved us to another room which was much better.

I reserved a one night stay based on a GOOD rating at Hotels.com, but the property was old and not that well maintained. It seemed fairly priced, based on others in the area, so I expected the building and room to be a little nicer.

Ok stay

Rooms air conditioning didn't work very good. We kept adjusting the temperature 1degree at a time but couldn't get the room to adequately cool the room. The hallway was cooler than our room. Breakfast was sufficient with the exception of some hot items were depleted. The front desk staff manages not only the front desk but the breakfast area as well. We didn't have time to wait for the items to be replenished.
